Bogert Batt Box Mod and Concorde Battery

I have the Bogert Batt Box Mod on order. I presently have a Gill Battery, but I plan on replacing it with a Concorde battery in the near future.

My question is:

Anyone have the mod with a Concorde Battery? And did it work without the $66 Concorde Battery Adapter from Bogert. I am having trouble justifying $66 plus shipping for such a piece. $15 ok, $66 🙄
