As written a Pilot flying using Basic Med will not be able to penetrate

Canadian Airspace.

This is of interest to me as a common flight is to take pax

over the "Scenic (Niagara ) Falls".

The current "racetrack " pattern is partly in CA Airspace

so it will deter many of us.

Any thoughts?
