I was flying around yesterday and picked up some frost on the windshield. Turned on the deicing and got only a narrow one inch wide clear strip down the center of the hot plate. There's no servicing this so I guess I need a new one. It's originally made by BFG, p/n 33323. But when I called them up, they claimed to have never heard of it.

I'm also coming up empty on a web search. Rhis part is hard to find! There's one for sale on Ebay but it looks pretty trashed. Any leads on finding one of these elusive beasts would be appreciated. Or is there some more modern solution to windshield deicing for my Aztec?

For reference, the part in question is listed on page 2G10 of the Aztec Parts Manual as "31638-08 A PANEL ASSEMBLY - Heated glass (complete) (28-volt)" The code "A" refers to 28 volt electrical systems.
