Health issues means flying days are over and it’s time to sell my beautiful Archer. Thought I’d post the specs here for a couple of days before doing Barnstormers and Trade-a-plane. I am not looking for a broker, so please don’t.

Aircraft is hangared at Pennridge, PA. KCKZ
TTAF: 4,700, Engine TSMOH 1,700 but the engine has engine analysis records back as far as 11 years and is a good candidate to run well past TBO.
No damage history
All log books intact
Factored service hrs @1,600
I purchased the a/c in 11/15. Aircraft hangared as long as I have owned it. Appears to have been hangared much of it’s life.
Since then:
Avionic full upgraded in 7/17 to include:
- Aspen 100
PFD (Further upgraded a couple of years later to the newer ProMax) Believe remaining warranty transferrable.
- Gtx345 transponder.
- Garmin 430W overhauled at factory
-King KAP 140 full overhaul at Central Airmotive
- ** entire wire harness replaced, no old wires or cables
All servos overhauled or serviced as necessary.
All avionics work done by Lancaster Avionics

Other additions:
- Reiff engine heat 12/15
- Davtron clock 3/16
- Begart battery box 6/26
-Steve’s metal gascolator 9/16
- Rosen sunvisors. 1/18
- 11/20 remove entire vacuum system and add RC Allen standby attitude indicator.
Two front seats repaired and recovered by Airtex in 2020
Reflective window covers
Full canvas cover.
Should add that the aircraft has factory anti-corrosion treatment.
propeller replaced in 2020 as old one had weathered and been filed out of limits for overhaul.
Working on the asking price - back later on that
