I guess it's getting common, so not much in the media. A Southwest flight on approach to Tamps was down to 150 ft from the waves at a point when it should be well over 1000 ft. Curiously it did not make a second approach to Tampa, but flew on to a different airport on the East coast of Florida. . I wonder what happened to the Tamps passengers.

This has happened so many times lately that the FAA is doing a special investigation.
