Hi guys, so the last few flights I did before my annual, I've noticed the altimeter misreading +200ft. Meaning I would be indicating 2k, but really I would be at 2200. Atc advised me on that, and I still had the correct baro setting.

During my annual a few weeks ago, I let my mx know of this and he said it could be the encoder. Went for a test flight just a few nights ago and atc still tells me my altitude is off. Pitot/static was done in May of last year, right before I bought it. Could it finally be time for the altimeter to give out?
