Some of you may remember that I had a cabin heat issue in December. I cut away the carpet that was covering the rear heat vents. Explained in this thread:

I have finally found a little time to install a new baggage door seal from aircraft door seals LLC. It was fairly straightforward. Removal of the old seal was the hardest part. I peeled it off but needed to use a heat gun, wire brush, adhesive remover and lots of elbow grease to take off the old adhesive. I followed the manufacturer's directions for installation of the new seal and it seems to make a really nice seal. I will tackle to main door next after replacing the bolts and hinge pins in the coming days. Hoping this makes everything quieter and warmer!

I sure hope I did it right!!!
