I am installing the bulb type door seal. Getting confusing information as to if the bulb goes to the door side and flange to the outside or the bulb to the outside and flange to the inside. Seems the one I removed had bulb to the inside and someone on Aircraft Spruce comments said same. But others say bulb to outside.

Ideas?
