Need your opinion...

My airport's resident A&P in on his second project for me...this project is installing a JPI. He's just an A&P so for avionics relating stuff he partners with an off-duty airline mechanic who has AI certification.

For the second time this guy starts a project on day 1, doesn't get finished, then proceeds to keep his schedule with other people. He then circles back to my project as his schedule allows. As is stands, Day 2 of this install will occur 30 DAYS after day 1.

Does this seem logical or normal to anyone?!

What's reasonable to me is that you finish a project before moving to the next.. or delay a few days because someone had a pressing repair or deadline. When I attempted to discuss, he said I put too much pressure on him and that I need to be patient.

Please tell me if this is common-- because I may want to just take up skateboarding or something.
