I bought a 2001 Saratoga ll TC last year and am having a difficult time with fuel management. The book says at 30 MAP and 23-2400 RPM I should have a fuel flow of around 20 gph. problem is my cylinder temps are very high in the 440-450 on two cylinders so I find myself having to pull back to 28.5 MAP and 21-22 gph to keep it below the 435 temp range that Lycoming says should be. Any thoughts?
