1966 PA32 260 Winterization plate

I could not find any info on this. Hoping a member can help out. My Six did not come with a winterization plate for the oil cooler. Where can I purchase one? Does someone have a part number that I can look for?
If someone has one that they could take a pic of and send me the measurements including the openings in the plate, that would work too.
