Hi all, I’m going to replace a leaky fuel drain valve on my 66 Cherokee. The replacement valve is a Curtis 1550 valve, the part manufacturer says to use a fuel resistant sealant. Was hoping to get some recommendations on what is best to use for this application and details of the application. Should all the threads of the valve be coated and allowed to thoroughly dry after installing before adding fuel again? Thanks!
