Why doesn’t this emergency landing have an NTSB report?

The above video shows a Cessna 182 making an off-airport landing after the pilot loses power, at least partially, after takeoff. I tried to look up the NTSB report to see what else might be learned from this, and I could not find one! The radio call out is “Skylane 7 3 5 echo uniform,” so I tried searching by N735EU, and nothing came up. Any ideas?
