So, just registered and purchased my Customs Sticker for an upcoming Bahamas trip that is in the planning stage. Where does everyone place theirs on their aircraft so that it's low key? I did a Google search for where is acceptable to display the sticker, but saw limited results other than "Place decal on outside of the conveyance within 18 inches of the normal boarding area where it is visible when the doors/hatches are open". Seems counter to what these instructions say, but do they have to be placed on the exterior? I saw someone say they placed it on the interior of their glove box and left it open for the Customs Official to inspect. Others said the didn't even mount it, just kept it inside the aircraft. It's dumb, but I just didn't want to start sticking things all over the outside of the aircraft if I didn't have to.
