After 4 years of ownership, I have decide to sell two 1/4 shares in my PA-32. It is a 1978 PA-32 300. I am so busy with my 2 businesses I don't get to fly it as much as I would like. I want to retain ownership of this plane because I know the plane inside and out. I was just wondering what you guys think would be a fair price to ask. The specs are:
3350 hours since new
11 hours since Penn Yann Aero overhaul
755 hours SPOH
New MV50P Engine Analyzer w/fuel flow and CO guardian
Garmin 530w
Garmin SL30
PSEngineering 7000 Audio Panel
Working Piperaire AC
Working 2 axis Auto Pilot w/Glides slope Coupler
Tanis engine Preheater
Backup Vacuum System
Back up KING Electric AI
Electric Trim
Dual PTT
5 Bose A20 Headsets
I'm sure there's more but this is what I can remember.
Interior is cloth but in very good condition, I would say a 7.5 - 8. Paint is around a 6 but I already have it scheduled to be repainted this fall. I appreciate your input.
