Weight and Balance +63 lbs from factory

Completed an actual weight and balance on my PA-28 in preparation for the calibration for my wing leveler flight.

Somehow the airplane gained 55 pounds since the factory W&B. I did the last annual and it is pretty clean. Only place I haven't been yet is inside the tanks.

Before I actually weighed it, I did a calculated weight and found the aircraft had lost 2 pounds since build.

Am I missing something?
