WB for a PA-23-150

I am on my way to due a final prepurchase inspection for an Apache 150, I have in hand the most recent W/B.

Empty Weight is 2405.4 Pounds
Empty CG is 90.58463 Inches
Empty Weight CG Moment is 217892.3 Inch/Pounds
Max GW is 3500 Pounds
Useful Load 1094.6 Pounds

I don't have the ARM and weight for the Front seats, Passenger seats, Cargo area.
I need that to calculate the momentum.

Please, if someone has that data it will help me to do calculations and keeping me busy.
