Can anyone identify what this part is and what type of plane it is from? It appears to be a factory-quality aluminum assembly, possibly part of a bulkhead from some Piper? There's no part number on it anywhere. The masking tape was apparently put on to cover the unprimed aluminum portion.

P.S. If anyone needs one of these, let me know.
