I am considering a Piper PA-22-150 for purchase. Looks in good shape. The fabric was replaced in 2002 with Stits and hangared since ( maybe 2-300 hours since fabric replace).. I was looking at the photos the owner sent me and got concerned with the photo of the top of the fuselage (attached). I see lots of hairline cracks running perpendicular to the fuselage edges and they appear to extend the full fuselage length. This concerns me. Any ideas as to what is causing this? Is there a fix? Thanks for your help!
