Starting to think about flying from CT (4B9) to KATW and wondering what is needed to go through the Canadian Airpace. Can I just use flight following out of Buffalo area and just fly over? Anybody else go this way when comong from New England? ANy special equipment requirements? Is that big outer ring around Toronto airpace for mode C?
