Hi, we are in the process of buying a Cherokee 235. In the title search there are some typos in the paper work from 1981 with previous buyers adding a digit to the serial number. Also, back in the late 70's there was a typo in the serial number with the bank paper work. But there is no leans on the aircraft. FAA had no issue with the paper work. Would it be a concern for us as buyers? Such as with selling it later on if we decide to.
