Hello all

I was wondering if anyone is using the Stratus 3 in Canada. The screen images all look good and all but I have not found any comments about databases in Canada, etc. My understanding (correct me if I am wrong) is that it is simply an information receiver that puts this out to a tablet with Foreflight or FlightPlanGo or other such software.

Does anyone have experience with it in Canada? I am particularly interested in the attitude and synthetic vision type screens, not that I will be doing IFR with it but it looks like it might be good for an introduction to those type of glass panels.

Some of my old Nav instruments are getting flaky and for training purposes, I was wondering if this would be a useful tool.

Thanks
Shawn
