Starter Reccomendation

My Arrow II is equipped with Hartzell X-drive starter that I am starting to have issues with. It gets hung up in a dead spot or something in the motor and is happening more and more frequently. I turn the key and I here the starter try to engage but only barely rocks the prop a bit. I let off the key and try again and it will start normally or do the same. Sometime I have to hit the starter 3-4 time with key to get it to start normally.

So my question is does anyone know where I could maybe get this rebuilt or Does anyone recommend a good alternative for the light weight starter or just go back to the factory starter?
