Anyone do this?

Some years back I changed a couple forward Stab Cables and IIRC they were not easy but doable.

1965 140 seems impossible as is and it looks like pulley removal is required.

The Bolt had a nut and cotter pin that you can barely see.

Wondering if later years had access holes on the bottom?

This aircraft has had some repairs so something may be different.

I’ll post pix of bad cable fittings later.
