Spark plug helicoil insert

Having to replace a helicoil insert in a Lycoming O-360 A4A cylinder, lower plug. Looking for Lycoming Service Instructions 1043A and L162B for installing one. Not having success finding them on the Internet. Might someone have a copy they can post?
Lycoming parts manual calls out p/n 66796, 18mm x 1.5mm (Aircraft Spruce has them). Also looking for insight from those who have replaced an insert and what kit/tools you may have used. Thanks.
