SOLD

I am selling N743DS, which is a 1977 Piper Archer II. N743DS is based in Peachtree City, GA (KFFC). I am moving up to something newer with a better UL and (hopefully) faster, and I need to sell this plane first. This is a great airplane though with up to date avionics and it runs strong. Asking price is $75,000.

N743DS has 4071.7 hours and 2059.8 SMOH on a Lycoming O-360-A4M. The prop was overhauled a the same time. There has been no metal in the filter at oil changes, the samples analysis are good and compressions were 76/70/78/72 at the annual in 2/2019. This was when I did the pretty and converted it to an annual, repairing all the squawks at that time. I have put 160 hours on the plane since I bought it in February.

It was painted in 1993 and was hangared until Feb of this year when I bought it. I planned to hangar it, but the 1 month wait for the group hanger turned into what seems like forever. I do have a fuselage cover on it that covers all of the windows. I would say the paint is a 6/10.

Avionics:
Aspen 1000 PFD with synthetic vision
Apsen 500 MFD
Garmin GTN650
Century 2000 AP (2-axis) w/CWS - will fly coupled approaches
Garmin GTX345R - ADSB in/out
KX155 secondary com
KN64 DME
Backup AI, ASI, and TC
Electric trim
4 place intercom
Pilot/Co-Pilot PTT
Garmin 396

UL: 947.28
CG: 88.21

Annual due: 2/2020
ELT Battery due: 7/2020
Altimeter/Transponder/Pitot-Static due 9/2020
