I purchased the SkyBeacon about three months ago & I've been satisfied with its performance. Recently though,I received a notification that there was an update for the SkyBeacon that should be done. I’ve read the install instructions but it doesn’t appear that I’m able to update with my I Pad & it’s Apple operating system. The instructions say that you have to download “The Tool” to a Windows 7 or greater operating system & then connect via wi-fi to the SkyBeacon. I have a desk top with Windows 7 at home not at the airport. I contacted Uavionics support & received a “just follow the instructions” reply & no more. Am I missing something here?
