Hello everyone, I own a Seneca III - really nice aircraft!
But - I have a problem with high CHTs on Cylinder No. 2 (both engines, EDM 760 installed). The temperature spread is huge, the other five cylinders are in a range between 320-330 F to keep the No. 2 slightly below 380 F in cruise (ROP, no GAMIs installed). No. 2s are in the back row on the left side. The engine baffles are new sealed, that is not the cause, altough bad injectors are not the prob (if so, the #2s should be the leanest during LOP, but they aren‘t).
Maybe engine cooling would be better with the LoPresti cowling (Seneca V - style with round inlets), that is the only option in my opinion…
Thanks, Michael
