I have a Piper Turbo Arrow with some superglue residue and minor scratches on window near pilots small window.

Tried everything almost. Gluegone, razor blades. Will not come off. Was due to an installation of a "kool-scoop-vent" that most of you are familiar with (lets air in the pilots mini-window on hot days for taxiing)

Vent has been removed.

Looking for suggestions on removing the residue.
