Planning my first long flight

Got my PPL in October. I want to fly from Stockton CA (SCK) to Seattle WA, probably Renton Field. (RNT) Figured I'd split it into 2 legs. SCK to EUG, break for fuel-lunch-cat nap, then on to RNT. (I will fly back the next day.) I've done a few flights in and around SFO Bravo to get the feel for flying in busy airspace.

Any suggestions, tips, warnings, etc... would be appreciated.
