How does one get access to the inflation stem to inflate the front tire on a wheel pant without an access door? I am referring to a newer-style wheel fairing on a 1978 Warrior II (5.00x5 tire). Does one need to take the fairing bolts off each time?

I came across a listing for a front wheel fairing on ebay but it doesn’t have the access door. Thinking about pulling the trigger.
