I was looking at another thread where someone posted pics of their new (to them) PA32 and noted that the rear facing club seats had their headset jack mounted on the side panel near the armrest. The pic was fuzzy so I couldn't tell if it was surface or recess mounted.

Anyways, in my Saratoga with club seating I've got all 4 rear jacks mounted in the rear facing floor plate between the club seats. I assume this is a pretty standard original placement. Personally I hate it. I find that it's a big ole cluster of wires. When my family takes a trip and all 3 of my kids are in the back it's just a mess.

I think I'd rather individually mount the jacks on the side panels. I'm wondering if it would be best to have 4 separate places or combine each side into a dual jack between the seats facing each other. Surface or flush?

Anyone out there happy with their PA32 (club seating) jack locations?

Would love to see pics.

I'm going to attach a pic showing my jack location. Of course the only pic I have doesn't have any headsets plugged in so it looks all nice and neat.
