Hello all, I have a 76 lance. Actuators overhauled last year, overhauled power pack. On a recent flight gear came down, a/p said it was emergency down valve. That was replaced and down handle adjusted one turn at a time on jacks it goes up first time, comes down and second time will not go up but motor runs, , any ideas? Thanks, Brad FYI auto gear down has been bypassed
