PA28 Front Floor Air Vent Attachment

Hello,
Looking for info as to how the Right Front Floor Air Vent is secured to the airframe.

Mine is loose and not attached. Looks like their may have been rubber well nuts at one time or maybe part of a new gasket.

This is for a Dakota but believe all the PA28’s are the same for this. No attachment hardware called out in the Parts Manual, just the gasket. - Thanks!
