I'm new to the forum and Piper ownership and glad to be here. My newest airplane is a 1979 PA-32RT-300 Lance II. Can anyone tell me where the voltage regulator is located?
My amp reading is jumping between 13.2 and 15.2 amps. The voltage regulator and alternator were replaced less than 100 hrs ago. If the voltage regulator is the culprit I plan to replace the voltage regulator and controller with a Zeftronics Voltage Regulator R15VOL. Any comments concerning this procedure would be appreciated.
Thanks.
