In my last Annual it was suggested that I replace my high-time magnetos. I decided to go with the Kelly overhauls from spruce.

I also replaced my spark plugs. Like for like. Champion REM40E

Now I have radio noise that changes pitch with the rpms of the engine. If I isolate one mag or the other in cruise I can hear a definite change in the sound but neither will stop the noise all-together.
I didn’t have this noise before. I notice the noise when squelch is broken. Most noticeably, when tuning in an AWOS or listening to ATC.
I do not notice it over intercom when speaking to passengers on-board.

Has anyone experienced this? How did you resolve it?
