I have a 63' Cherokee 235 running high oil temps. Engine cooling is fine (averaging 360-380 on the CHTs) in cruise, but the oil temp is higher than I would like. Winter time gives me temps of 195-205 but summer is 215 to 225. Red line oil temp is 230 so way too close for comfort. I end up having to run slower and or higher in order to keep the oil temp under control. Engine was overhauled last year and the oil cooler was flushed at the same time so I should not have any blockages. My understanding is that there is an improved oil cooler that can be swapped with the original that uses the same mounts and fits in the same space but google can't seem to find it. Anyone have any ideas?

Thanks!
