I've had some hydraulic issues over the years if you followed the forum. Did rebuilds on all the actuators, the squat switch, replaced the filter and all the fluid.

Seems to improved things but still have a couple issues.

Occasionally, maybe 1 in 4-8 flights, often just on climb, the white gear up light will go off. A quick gear up will extinguish it and if I'm in cruise I'll pick up maybe ~5mph. I'm presuming this is gear sag. I put a camera on the bottom of the plane and it appears it's the right gear, but was hard to tell as I didn't see much, just a little projection.

The second issue is on gear down the lever doesn't always snap full back, just a little back... but not enough to remove the bypass for the flaps. I always get 3 green and the gear is responsive going down. Nose gear locks last. Right after the 3 green the gear handl pops up partially, but not enough to allow the flaps to work. If I touch the gear handle it pops up or if I attempt to put it down it immediately and forcefully snaps back. Flaps always fully and forcefully snap back. Gear up also forcefully snaps back.

After the work I had done at least annual things are much better and very consistent. I've heard the sag is not unusual.

The mechanic has checked it over a couple years and never noticed any sag with it on gear jacks even overnight.

This mechanic does not have a mule.
