New ICAO equipment code?

My old ICAO equipment code was SD/C (or SFD/C if I cared to include the ADF). With my DME removed, and an IFR WAAS GPS and ADS-B in/out transponder installed, I think my full code would now be SFGB/SB2 (though I could get away with SG/S for most flights).

Does that look right? Do I still need to include the /S when I have the B2 in the surveillance section?
