So my local prop shop ordered the incorrect pitch (58 instead of 60) for my new prop (Cherokee 140). Apparently Sensenich will not exchange the prop for the correct one (what the heck???) and the prop shop has offerered to repitch for free (ya no kidding...) if I will take it.

Question - Is there an inherent danger in repitching the prop with respect to strength or proper shape? Will the prop slowly 'return' to it's original pitch? I know you can only repitch a certain amount, but anyone have any 'bad' experiences with repitching?

And/or does anyone know someone at Sensenich who's butt you can kick for me?
