Need help with part number

I have looked and looked and can't seem to find the part number to order a new engine baffle , I ordered one but it's the wrong one - I had to put a washer in it due to the alum has will pulled threw the bolt so I want to replace it - my A&P can't seem you find the part number for me either.

Here is a picture of it , it is the one the oil cooler mounts too. It's a 1975 piper warrior , if anyone knows where I can go to get help please let me know
