I've got a ID-824 (VOR) and ID-825 (VOR/GS) hooked to a MK12D and MK12D+ respectively.

Things started out with ID-824 and ID-825 just being marginally legal (as to them matching the same VOR). Last week I noticed the ID-825/MK12+ VOR indication was intermittent (seemed insensitive compared to the 824). Reseating the radio solved that issue, but now I notice at least a 10 degree difference between the VOR's (the 824/MK12D seems to be the correct one). Further, the radial digital readout from the MK12+ also seems to be accurate. Just the reading from the 825 is inaccurate. The sensitivity/meter movement seems to be there just an offset.

I have a call into the avionics shop but wondered what to expect as to what needs to be done and the time (assuming a simply recal). I don't see any external adjustments on the 824/825 front or back so wondered how they do it.

Also, as any aside, I have two other issues I might have them look at. My altimatic 2 autopilot, which otherwise works great in heading/altitude mode, won't track a VOR, a constant gentle turn to the left occurs. Also, I don't appear to have remote wiring set up to my King KN62A DME... wondered if that was possible with the MK12D+
