I’ve been experiencing an issue with my com, on & off for quite some time. Thought I had it fixed but it just returned. Every now & then, out of no where & with no warning when I press the push to talk, I get static. Loud static, like two wires have been crossed & I can barely hear my communication with the tower when I’m talking. I’ve replaced the push to talk switch, had the circuit tested between the head set plug receptacle, & replaced the Com. with a Garmin 340.
Just bought a new Lightspeed noise canceling headset, so where do I look next?
