Hi all. Looking at replacing the old plastic on the panel with metal overlays. The local avionics shop says 2-3k depending on adding instrument lights. Have any of you found an outside source for the overlays and gotten satisfactory results doing it yourself? I can certainly handle a screwdriver. And do you just do the two upper large pieces? Kind of hate leaving the small plastic pieces around the yoke, fuses and autopilot. I appreciate your advice! Tom
