Lycoming 0-360 morning sickness

On initial cold start the engine runs rough for about a minute

SMOH 850 TT.

All settings normal with new mags just installed. It did this with the old mags too

So I am running philips 20/50 with Camguard and starting a diet with MM oil in the ️ fuel

Filter perfect/ No metal

Any other suggestions

Btw compressions 76/80 or better
