So today I went out for a quick flight at lunch with some finally good weather. My KX-155 went out for a rebuild last spring; and I haven't had any issues with it until today.

At the start of the flight everything seemed fine, but upon returning to the pattern I couldn't really hear myself when transmitting and I looked over and realized the KX-155 display was completely shutting off every time I pressed the PTT switch. The transmit "T" would barely come on before it turned off.

Anyone else seen this? Thoughts on a cause? I know my battery was a little low to start off so the voltage level could theoretically have been lower while the alternator was charging it back up.
