I’m looking for an IFR GPS but not really interested in 4K-5K for a 430. I won’t be doing hard IFR in a single engine either but would like an IFR unit to tie into my engine analyzer for fuel computations and enroute low visibility.
I am looking at a used KLN-94 to fit that bill but I’m concerned about the database availability and cost. Anyone with first or secondhand knowledge feel free to chime in here.
