Hi All. I've been browsing the forum for some time now and appreciate the knowledge offered by the group. I'm in the market for a six seat Piper. Im currently looking at the Cherokee 6, Lance or Saratoga. One of the aircrafts I'm considering looks like it hasn't flown in 3 years. The engine was overhauled in 2010 and it looks like it has flown regularly until 3 years ago. The compressions have decreased in this 3 year period by an average of 3 units; from 80 in all 6 to 76-77. I this a major concern?
