I pulled the trigger

I finally decided to pull the trigger and install a Garmin 430W in my Cherokee 140. I got a pretty darn good deal on the unit itself and the install quote was less than I expected. So sometime after Christmas, my bird will be in the shop getting an update.

Anybody have a Garmin GI-106A they'd like to part with?

Any advice for a 430 newbie?
