Hydraulic pump mount / base (p/n 38995-02)

Pulling what's left of my hair out on this problem... I've been trouble shooting a problem on a Lance for a while and we've gone through a couple of O/H pumps that trouble shot bad, but I've got a new/OH unit on the old pump base and the system is still troubleshooting down to the pump assy as the problem per the service manual steps.

I'm now suspecting the pump mount / base unit as its the original... I'm not suspecting the HYC-5005 pump itself, but the mount with the shuttle valve inside.

Anyone know a company that services the pump base?
